Was looking for a pub in the area that was both open and serving food on a Monday. Found the Yorkshire Grey. The food and friendly service couldn't be faulted. Large, hot, and tasty portions at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Under new management of husband and wife Steve and Tracy Hall Jan 2025. Fully licensed. Great ambience, great service and great value for money. Everything is fresh, freshly cooked, and of the best local produce where possible. We had the Mac n Cheese wuth garlic bread and side salad. It's the best Mac n Cheese I've ever tasted. Open for breakfast lunch and weekend evenings I believe.

Lovely food and fabulous service. We’ve been looking for a place which does a proper roast in a while. Not carvery with dry veg but the best cauliflower cheese and some really crispy roast potatoes. Some amazing puddings too! Already booked our next visit.
